The Stuttgart Instruments Piano is a tunable infrared source for precision spectroscopy and microscopy. It provides narrow linewidth, automated wavelength control, and repeatable spectral settings. The pump laser is integrated in the same enclosure.

Configurations
Standard Piano configurations
Piano is delivered as a single selected configuration (Standard Piano or extended-range Piano MIR). In contrast to Alpha, where multiple output modules can be combined within one system, Piano is specified around one target range. Values are representative. Spectral range
The standard Piano and Piano MIR cover the infrared range shown below. Additional VIS (725 – 980 nm) and NIR (1.1 – 1.45 µm) modules are available on request.
